We go above and beyond to find the best suppliers in the world to make sure our supporters are getting the highest quality jewelry possible at the best price. We back all of our products with a lifetime warranty - in the case your item is defective send it back and we'll send you a new one for free! This is limited to one exchange and certain conditions apply.
Canceling an order after it is placed
Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel any orders once they are placed. You are welcome to return for a refund once you receive your order and are within our return time frame. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Free size exchanges if initiated within 1 week of receiving your product, anytime past this may be subject to a restocking fee. Please email us at (email@example.com) if a product doesn’t fit or vibe with you. You will be asked to fill out a short exchange form
. Customers are expected to pay for postage in these scenarios. We also are unfortunately unable to offer color exchanges.
Recent changes to Australia orders
Customer will be responsible for any return or exchange shipping fees.
You will have 2 days after order arrival to initiate a refund by emailing us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) AND submitting your return request form
, no questions asked! Customers are responsible for postal fees and providing tracking on that parcel to our customer care email. Your refund will take place as soon as the package is received in the warehouse. Once received, a refund can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days for the bank to process and show the transaction in your statements.
To receive a FULL refund you must return EVERYTHING in perfect condition, this includes the gift box, pouch, and of course product you wish to return. Failure to return all items is subject to a flat $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned that are damaged are subject to reduction in refund amount, or in some cases, non-refundable if the damage cannot be repaired.
Our refund policy is more flexible for those who choose to return products and receive store credit instead of refund to their payment method. Please reach out to us and learn how we can help you.
Received wrong/missing item(s)
We’re extremely eager to fix these issues as soon as possible! Please send us an email at email@example.com. We’ll handle all postage fees involved with the error that took place. You’ll also be compensated for your time in the form of store credit! Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will figure out what went wrong for you. Providing pictures of the items received and order number right away will vastly speed up the error verification process!
Returned to Sender
If your order is returned to us from the post because of an incorrect or insufficient address we will reach out to you to confirm an address before making another attempt, restocking fees may apply depending on the situation. If you wish to receive a refund instead, please be aware that a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
In the rare event that your package is returned to us from the post because of customs/duties fees associated with international shipping, we will let you know and will resend the package immediately.
Processing time for Refunds and Exchanges is 3-5 business days after delivery is received.
